Álvaro Rojas
Lead Architect, Margin Architecture
One person owns the conclusion.
Margin Architecture is a principal-led financial decision advisory. Álvaro leads every engagement and remains accountable for the diagnostic, the financial logic, and the final conclusion.
That accountability is the product, not a staffing arrangement. When a diagnostic concludes that a report cannot support the decision resting on it, someone has to be willing to say so and to defend the reasoning under challenge. That responsibility does not move.
Fifteen years in the systems that produce the numbers.
His work spans more than 15 years across FP&A, financial systems, reporting architecture, pricing, profitability, and multi-entity service environments. He works in English and Spanish.
The relevance is specific rather than general: signal failures live where reporting logic meets the systems that generate it — in allocation bases, metric definitions, source mappings, and the assumptions nobody has revisited since they were set. Recognising those quickly is a function of having built and repaired them before.

When an engagement requires specialist depth or implementation support, Margin Architecture can draw on a trusted professional network. Any additional contributor is selected for the specific scope and introduced under the confidentiality, conflict, and access controls appropriate to the engagement.
Clients always know who owns the work. Core judgment is not handed to a junior delivery layer, and additional specialists do not dilute the Lead Architect’s accountability.
Selected for the scope, not kept on a bench
Additional contributors are engaged because a particular engagement needs a particular depth — not to fill a roster or to widen a capability page.
Access is gated, not assumed
Any additional specialist may access client evidence only after the applicable scope, confidentiality, conflict, sponsor, and evidence-access gates are satisfied.
The conclusion is never delegated
Support can extend the hands available to an engagement. It does not move responsibility for the diagnostic finding or the financial logic underneath it.
You are told who is involved
If an engagement brings in additional capability, that is disclosed alongside the scope it covers. There is no anonymous delivery layer.
The same person who finds it explains it.
A diagnostic finding is only useful if someone can defend it in the room where the decision gets made. That is why the work is not split between an analyst who builds the model and a partner who presents it — the reasoning and the accountability stay with the same person from the first conversation to the final conclusion.
It also sets an honest ceiling. A principal-led practice takes on the engagements it can lead properly, which is a constraint worth stating plainly rather than disguising behind a capability page.
If a conclusion cannot be defended under challenge, it should not have been delivered.

The method pages show a complete diagnostic run end to end on synthetic data — every figure reconciled on the page. The intake frames the decision and the signal behind it.

Engagements are conducted in English and Spanish. The first conversation is about the decision that feels exposed and the number currently carrying it.
